Zero Sun project, Sweden

In 2018 we delivered a two stage 1 Nm³/h hydrogen compressor for power storage system in the Zero Sun project in Skellefteå, Sweden.

The compressor is used to compress the hydrogen produced by the electrolyser at 50 bar to the storage pressure of 250 bar by means of only thermal energy.

Inlet pressure: 45-50 bar

Output pressure: 250-270 bar

Heat transfer fluid (HTF): water

Cold HTF temperature: 5-20 °C

Hot HTF temperature: 80-95 °C
